Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): $9.99 (Free for orders over $100)
Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): $19.99
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.
3. International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Stay tuned as we expand to more locations soon!
4. Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the provided link.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages:
Chichileta Baby Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Chichileta Baby Co. purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
2. How to Start a Return:
Email us at chichiletababyco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
3. Return Shipping Costs:
Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping.
Other Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? Please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
